ANDREW HOUGHTON grew up in Washington DC and graduated from the University of Montana in 2015. He joined Skyline Sports in 2018, and has also worked as an award-winning sportswriter at newspapers around the country. In 2024, he produced the award-nominated three-part narrative podcast TRAILBLAZERS, about the 1994 University of Montana women’s soccer team. Andrew currently lives in DC, where he works as a freelance writer, audio editor and documentary filmmaker.

COLTER NUANEZ is a former Montana Sportswriter of the Year and Radio Sportscaster of the Year who has covered sports across the Treasure State with depth, knowledge and care for nearly two decades. After working as the sports editor at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, he founded Skyline Sports,  a revolutionary online outlet covering the Big Sky Conference, in 2014. Colter currently lives in Missoula, Montana, and hosts "Nuanez Now," an award-winning daily sports talk show on 102.9 ESPN Radio.

BROOKS NUANEZ founded Skyline Sports along with his brother Colter in 2014. An exceptionally talented photographer and videographer, he is responsible for Skyline’s unmatched archive of images that have brought the Big Sky Conference to life over the past decade. A former safety on the football team at the University of Montana, Brooks uses his deep knowledge of sports to capture stunning shots. He currently lives in Missoula.

DAWSON AHRENSTORFF graduated from Montana State University's film school in 2021. Originally from Iowa, he has experience directing, producing and editing documentaries that celebrate the power of the human spirit. His debut feature, MIRACLE IN MISSOULA, screened at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in 2023, while his docuseries following the Louisiana State University baseball program was awarded a Suncoast Emmy in 2024. Dawson now lives in Jacksonville, Florida, and owns his own production company, Ahrenstorff Productions, where he pursues stories that inspire individuals and communities.

BLAKE HEMPSTEAD is a senior photographer for Skyline Sports. Born and raised in Anaconda, Montana, Hempstead is a US Navy veteran who has worked in print and digital media for over 20 years. He currently lives in Anaconda, where he owns multiple local businesses and serves as the play-by-play announcer for Anaconda High School sports.
